Willdenowia is an international peer-reviewed journal publishing original research papers in English from the entire fields of plant, algal and fungal systematics, covering the evolution, taxonomy and nomenclature of these organisms as well as related fields such as floristics and plant geography.
Willdenowia articles are published continuously in an open-access online edition. From 2025 (volume 55), the collected articles will be republished in a single print edition after the end of the year. The previous print editions were usually published three times a year. The price for a one year subscription to the print edition is € 150.00, shipping costs of € 4.10 to Germany and € 9.50 abroad will be charged in addition.
